Ms. Costello requires at least 24 hours to review the questionaire to give her ample time to prepare. Please be aware that if it is not completed and returned the appointment may have to be rescheduled.

anti-aging optimal health $445
This anti-aging package includes a specialized comprehensive Flex Matrix test* , your choice of 1 of the following: anti-aging manicure, 30 minute massage, or fluff and buff facial, and also includes two 1 hour consultations with our Holistic Health Practitioner (the first visit will include GeneSNP Test Kit instruction and the 2nd visit will be a detailed consultation and results revew).

*The Flex Matrix test is a combination of individual tests, offering the advantage of customized test panels and profiles to meet your individual needs.  We can test for a combination of saliva and stool for sex hormones, stress hormones, gastrointestinal markets, etc. all to meet your individual needs. 

The Ultimate Detox $410
This cleansing package includes the following: detoxifying mud body wrap and facial, a 30 minute lymph cleansing Swedish massage, a 1 hour consultation with our Holistic Health Practitioner, a 2 week intensive Herbal Detox Kit* (non-returnable), and unlimited use of the sauna for 2 weeks.

*The Herbal Detox Kit contains a collection of herbal tinctures and capsules to aid in cleansing the body.  This kit is designed to fortify the lymphatic tissues, the endocrine gland system, and the liver.  It also contains various herbs which have anti-parasitic properties.  Please ask Ms. Costello if you would like more information.

ASI $198
Adrenal Stress Index. This test can explain excessive feelings of tiredness and an inability to cope. It is used to ascertain if stress is leading to insulin resistance and carbohydrate cravings. It can also reveal both the strength of your immune system and your ability to digest wheat grains. Four saliva samples are collected throughout the course of the day, which are reviewed to identify your levels of Corisol, Insulin, DHEA, Secretory IgA, 17-OH Progesterone, and Gluten antibodies. Those that should consider having a ASI test have:

• Difficulty rising in the morning
• Low energy during the day
• Poor blood sugar regulation
• Experienced a traumatic injury or emotional stress
• Carry a high stress life style
• Poor sleep quality
• Low sex drive

FHP $300
Female Hormone (11 sample test) Profile. Reduced output of Progesterone that may lead to estrogen dominance marked by PMS, infertility, fibroids, and other female hormonal problems. Many women suffer from PMS. Our panels evaluate the hormonal state with great accuracy and provide insight for appropriate intervention by your health care provider. Eleven saliva samples will be collected throughout one cycle.This test can help distinguish the following:

• Infertility
• Menstrual problems
• Cycle irregularities
• Dsymenorrhea
• Migraine headaches
• Cystic ovarian disease

Food Intolerance Basic Panel (gluten, soy, milk, egg). Food intolerances can lead to many gastrointestinal disturbances such as cramping, excessive gas and bloating, and diarrhea. Over a period of time these intolerances can cause inflammation and ultimately lead to auutoimmune problems. Salivary testing of the four most common food intolerances; corn, soy, gluten, and milk can get you started on getting answers to your individual intolerances.

GI1 $245
Stool and Saliva GI. The gastrointestinal tract is essentially an external part of the body. This is the reason we do not have to sterilize our food, but only be sure it is clean and wholesome. The risk of being infected by pathogenic organisms through food and water is ever increasing. Considering all parasites, more than a quarter of the earth's population is infected at any one time. Who is at risk?

• Those with suppressed immunity
• Those with defects in intestinal antibody (IgA) secretion
• Those with cancer
• Those receiving chemotherapy

Frequent and excessive over utilization of antibiotics also renders the GI tract more susceptible to micro-organisms. Ninety percent of our immunity is believed to be in our gut. Therefore, long term, unattended inflammation may lead to autoimmune issues. This test is used to identify:

• Bacteria
• Normal flora
• Fungi
• Yeast
• Various parasites
• Digestive enzymes
• Food allergens
• Occult blood

Intestinal function markers are also looked at to evaluate irritation and inflammation to indicate overall status of gut immunity and integrity.

GI2 $305
Stool and Saliva Expanded GI Health Panel. This panel includes all from GI1, as well as, an increased number of tests for parasites. Including screenigs for; toxoplasma, tissue worm-fichinella, roundworm, ascaris, and tapeworm.

MHP $172
Male Hormone Profile. Measurements of hormones from this test can be used to estimate the body's own production-baseline test and after supplementation-therapeutic monitoring. These measurements will show normal and abnormal levels of six distinct hormones: Androtenedione, DHEA, Estrone, Progesterone, and Testosterone. If the levels are outside of the expected limits, a referral can be made to your health care provider. This test is used if you are suffering from:

• Impaired libido
• Erectile dysfunction
• Baldness, extreme hair thinning, and/or early baldness
• Fat accumulation around the waist
• Change in sleeping habits
• Lack of enthusiasm for life/depression
• Increase in bad cholesterol/decrease in good cholesterol
• Osteoporosis

Symptoms are not a substitute for measuring hormone levels because many symptoms may involve non-hormonal factors.

PHP $152
Post-Menopausal Hormone Testing. This test is used to see if hormone levels are sufficient and balanced. The right balance of hormones is important to long-term emotional, mental, and bodily health. Hormone testing can be used as a baseline to aid in dosing natural hormones (if needed), as you age and begin developing symptoms. This test helps determine a goal and then gives you the knowledge to:

• Have natural hormones customized to meet individual needs.
• Avoid overdosing.
• Stay within "safe" limits.
• Increase sense of "well-being" by removing underlying hormone deficiences and/or imbalances.

Only one sample is needed for this test, collected on day 19-21 of your cycle or any day of the month post-menopause. Baseline measurements will show normal and abnormal results for six hormones: Estradiol, Estrone, Progesterone, Testosterone, and DHEA.
