Swedish ($45 - $90)
This classic massage uses a combination of long, smooth strokes, kneading and rubbing combined with warm massage oil. Wonderful for increasing circulation, releasing toxins from the muscles, improving skin tone, and soothing tired muscles. It will leave you feeling relaxed and invigorated. Available in 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions.

Deep Tissue ($45 - $105)
A full body massage with focused bodywork on your problem areas - anywhere there is tension buildup. It will eliminate tension from your body, reduce tightness, and reduce muscle pain. This massage technique focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. Some clients may experience mild soreness during or immediately following the massage. The purpose is to release the muscle fibers from deeply held patterns of tension, remove toxins, relax, and soothe the muscle. It is an excellent corrective and therapeutic massage. Available in 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions.

Japanese Stone ($70 - $105)
The Japanese stone massage utilizes smooth, polished, and heated stones which are applied to the body in long, flowing strokes using cornstarch to allow the stones to glide smoothly across your skin. The heat from the hot stones penetrates deeply into the muscles creating the ultimate relaxing and soothing massage. Available in 60 and 90 minute sessions.

Athletes ($45 - $105)
The purpose of an Athletes massage is to help reduce stress and tension buildup in the body's soft tissues that occur as a result of physical activity. The massage will help prepare the athlete for peak performance, minimize fatigue and tension, relieve swelling, promote flexibility, and prevent injuries. However, you don't have to be an athlete to benefit from this type of massage. It is ideal for anyone that would like to have bodywork targeted to a specific muscle group in the body. Available in 30, 60 and 90 minutes sessions.

Prenatal ($45 - $105)
Promotes relaxation, soothes nerves and relieves strained back/leg muscles in expectant mothers. Unlike traditional massage, you'll lay on your side with a soft body pillow next to you and between your knees. The pressure in this massage is moderate, similar to a Swedish massage to relieve tension and pressure in the body. Those in their first trimester or complications require a doctor's approval for treatment. Prenatal massage is a great experience for the mommy-to-be and makes a great baby shower gift! Available in 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions.

Ear Candling ($40)
Ear candling is a centuries old practice intended to relax and soothe you, making it a wonderful way to unwind. Ear candling aids the body in removing excess ear wax, leaving you feeling cleansed and refreshed. The ear candling process is also believed to detoxify the lymphatic system and clear the sinuses, which can also improve the clarity of hearing, sight, smell and taste. Available at a discounted rate when purchased with another service.

four handed massage ($120)
Two therapists working together in unison to provide you with the ultimate level of relaxation. Also available as a hot stone massage. Only performed in 45 minute session.

Head, Neck, and Shoulder Massage ($45 - $70)
Similar to deep tissue and athletes with full concentration on head, neck, and shoulders for entire time of service. Great for relieving tension in specified areas. Available in 30 and 60 minute sessions.

Hot Stone Add-on ($10)
A great add-on for head neck & shoulders or swedish!
