What to Bring
The Greenery will provide our clients with a plush robe, slippers, towels, and your own personal locker to store your belongings. We also have for your convenience locker room amenities, such as shower and shampoo gel, conditioners, styling products, and styling utensils. Please do not bring valuables to the spa.

What to wear
It is customary for our clients to completely disrobe for their spa services. We always ask that you take off as much or little as you feel comfortable. If you would like to wear your under garments that is solely up to you. Our staff has been trained to drape you discreetly and to protect your privacy at all times.

Spa Etiquette
We ask that you please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your first appointment. This is to allow you time to check-in, change, and enjoy our relaxation space. Showers and saunas are always available to our guests. If you are running late you are cheating yourself of your service time. The service will be shortened if you are late, as to not disrupt the next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late and it is not possible to perform the service than it is policy to be charged half the service fee.

The Greenery has created a calm and relaxing environment for our guest, please remember to use your spa voice and respect other rights to privacy and quietness. Cell phones and pagers are prohibited at all times. We ask that you leave them in your car, turn them off, or silence them. Thank you for complying with our rules.

Pregnancy
Please inform the scheduler and your therapist if you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant. We have a wide variety of treatments that you can do when pregnant, please call us for more information if necessary.

Gratuities
The industry standard is 18-25%. You are welcome to leave any amount you wish. Remember the tip is a way to tell your therapist how well they did. Our front desk can add a gratuity by percentage or monetary amount.

Children
The spa is not a place for young children. We do allow you to have services with your daughter or son, but they must be supervised while in the relaxation space. We also do childrens' birthday parties, please call for more information. Children under 7 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian at all times.

Cancellation Policy
Any spa package requires a 48-hour notice of cancellation to avoid a charge. Any spa service requires a 24-hour notice to avoid a charge. When you cancel without the required notice you will be charged for half the cost of the service. Medical consultations are charged $25. We do understand that emergencies arise and will work with you. This is simply to ensure your arrival.

Gift Cards
You can choose any amount to put on a gift card. We also offer over the phone purchases, and can send the gift card out to you or its recipient. Also note that our gift cards do not expire.

Physical Ailments, Disabilities, or Allergies
If you have any special needs or disabilities, please notify the scheduling consultant. Our facility complies with ADA. We also have an elevator for nice transitions, from floor to floor. All of our products are all natural and made from the earth, so please notify us of any organic allergy, as well as, other allergies. (i.e. pine needles, nuts, seaweed, etc.) Some of our treatments are not suitable for those who are pregnant, have high-blood pressure, or heart disease.
