Q. Is it alright for me to use the Sauna/Shower if I’m just getting a salon service (i.e. manicure, pedicure, hair)?
A. Absolutely, the sauna and shower are there for our guest to use and enjoy, regardless of services you are receiving.

Q. I was getting a pedicure and I had a woman next to me getting a package and she was in a robe. Is it okay for me to change into a robe, if I’m only getting a pedicure?
A. Yes. We welcome you to be as comfortable as you would like. It is very customary for one to change into one of our plush robes for a manicure or pedicure. The Greenery provides these for your comfort and enjoyment.

Q. Your website says that your gift cards do not expire, but my card says that it expires 1 year from purchase. Which is true?
A. Our Gift cards never expire; the cards that we purchased are required by law to say that. We feel that gift certificates should never expire.

Q. I’m pregnant, when is it safe to get a massage?
A. We require a doctor’s note, for your first trimester. After that you may receive massage therapy up until you have your baby.

Q. When I book an appointment why do I have to give you my credit card information?
A. Our spa policy requires a card number in order to secure your reservation. There is no charge added to your card at that time, it is simply a solid measure to store your reservation in our system. We do have a cancellation policy, please refer to cancellation policy link at the bottom of any page for more information. Also note that your card information is safe, protected, and secure.
