Cancellation Policy

At The Greenery, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Credit cards are required to hold any appointment (VISA and MC only). Appointments may also be held with a gift card, if applicable. If a cancellation is made without the required notice half the cost of the service will be charged.

In the case that someone is more than 15 minutes late, if applicable, the service will be cut in half but the client is still responsible for the full charge (ex. 60 minute Swedish will be turned into a 30 minute Swedish for a charge of $70) .

If there is not time to complete the service the appointment is considered a "No Show" and the client will be charged half of the service fee.

Also note that our medical consultations are complimentary, however if 24 hours notice is not given a $25 charge will be applied.

We do understand that emergencies arise, and will work with you. This is simply to ensure your arrival.
